I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, with a nearby volcano for morning runs and the Balaton for a half-day trip. The food was delicious, with options for vegetarians, vegans, and those with gluten-free diets. The spa was incredible, offering a variety of thermal pools, a sauna world, and a proper swimming pool. I especially loved how it wasn't crowded like the bigger spas in the area. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, and I thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable and cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The swimming pool was amazing, featuring a professional 6-row pool. The dinner options were diverse and always tasty, and the price at the bar was very affordable. The lack of crowds around the thermal pool was a significant advantage compared to larger and more packed thermal centers in the surrounding area. The free spacious parking was also a great convenience. I will definitely come back again.

We had a lovely romantic escape, the hot springs and the pool were wonderful to relax in, and the location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions. the food was delicious, and we especially loved trying the vegetarian and gluten-free options. the thermal pools were amazing and not too crowded, and the sauna world was a nice added touch.

Our room was located near the main ventilation which was a bit noisy at night. the staff seemed disorganized and lacked communication when it came to our requests.

More like a 3-star hotel, rooms were small and outdated, staff was mostly unhelpful and disorganized, food was below average, and a lot of extra charges for basic amenities. it was a disappointing romantic getaway experience.

The hotel had excellent cleanliness, facilities, and staff. The parking was spacious and convenient. The breakfast offered a variety of tasty options.
